When receiving the order from the postman, check the appearance of the box and the type of packaging. If you see any damage (holes or tears, the box door is open, the carton has an unusual shape, you hear a breaking sound, or the box is wet), do not accept it. Please note that if you receive the product or sign the order receipt, you will be responsible for all of it.
If damage to the ordered item is visible and evident at the time of delivery, please refrain from receiving the shipment until it is returned to the Mitra Candle Shop for inspection.
Each order will contain at least one package (goods) or several products or packages. When delivering the order, the postal worker will check the number of goods ordered and their type, check all of them, and then receive them.
If your goods are consolidated (several goods will be placed in a larger carton), make sure that the adhesive and straps are sealed and not opened, open the large carton and receive the packages inside one by one according to your order.
